Our People

Kris has lectured finance to managers for more than 17 years in Europe and Eastern Europe. He is teaching for a UK and Austrian based business school as an associate lecturer in finance topics such as "Issues in International Finance and Investments"," Corporate Finance" and "Issues in IFRS". His industry experience is over 25 years working for asset managers, investment banks, global custodians in the UK, Luxembourg and Belgium. He received a university award for innovation in finance teaching and learning.
Johannes Hofinger is specialised in Risk Management, Basel II, IFRS and regulatory reporting. His professional skills are reinforced by strong academic roots, he lectured for a global business school in corporate finance and issues in financial reporting. The main roles undertaken are lecturing, consulting and project management.
19 years associate lecturer in General Management, Financial Strategy and Corporate Strategy for a triple accredited global business school. 20 years’ experience developing and delivering training programs for large and medium sized companies including in Germany, China, USA, Singapore, Ethiopia, South Africa, Russia and Romania. Qualified coach and mediator, certified to deliver MBTI instrument and 360 degree feedback. Leadership, value based management and finance for non-financial managers at middle and senior management level are a particular interest.
Bruno Bosch has over 25 years of experience in international financial management. He has held a number of CFO positions in US and Belgian based companies. He has large experience with M&A, international financial reporting, financing, private equity, financial engineering and international tax planning. He also lectured at MBA level in "Corporate Financial Strategy" and "Accounting" in Brussels, Paris, Zurich and The Hague for a triple accredited global business school for over 15 years. He is also author and co-author of several books on company valuation, investments and tax management.
Kris Blommaert has over 20 years of international experience in both finance and general management for local and European based organisations and businesses. He has been an associate lecturer at a triple accredited global business school for 10 years at MBA level. He has lectured "Managing Performance and Change" and "Management Perspectives and Practice" in Belgium, Switzerland and France.
Stan Snowball is PhD (Life Sciences) and MBA qualified with over 25 years project and programme management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry having held regional management positions in clinical R&D, strategic marketing and management information systems. Currently working in the central Technology Transfer Office of a major Belgian university, Stan also has 12 years experience as an Associate Lecturer on the MBA programme of a triple accredited global business school covering "Strategy" and "Managing Knowledge" as well as the final, evidence-based management module "Making a Difference".
